Collecting & redeeming points

Every time you make a transaction at a Nexus merchant outlet, produce your Nexus card to collect your points. (See below for points you can earn)

Once you collect a minimum of 20 points, you can start redeeming them at any Nexus merchant outlet. Remember that 1 point = 1 rupee, so if you have 1200 points and want to pay for a product worth 2000/-, you can redeem your 1200 points and pay the balance in cash/credit card.

Remember to look out for special offers, super deals and special prices before redeeming. We will be notifying you of them to your email or mobile directly or through the media. So don’t forget to fill in your contact details clearly and accurately so that we can contact you when such deals and offers are available.

5 ways to check your points balance.

1. Visit the Nexus website on www.mynexuscard.com
2. Via SMS – type the word Nexus (space), type the card number and send to 8834
3. Request any cashier at any Nexus merchant outlet to check the balance for you
4. Call the Nexus hotline 0777-733833

To collect points for your Dialog bill payments

• Simply call Dialog on 2676580 / 0777 676580 register your card number.

• OR download the Dialog registration form by clicking the following link, fill it up and fax it to the number mentioned on the form. Once your card number has been registered each time you settle your Dialog bills on time, points will be loaded to your card automatically. You don't even have to produce the card!

Conditions

1. The following merchants award points only for cash purchases - Abans, Union Chemists & Vijitha Yapa

2. Cinnamon Grand, Cinnamon Lakeside & Hilton awards points only for selected bill payments.

Eg: Restaurant bill payments. Cardholders need to collect the points before leaving the restaurant.

3. Union Assurance awards points only for direct motor policies

4. To start collecting points at Dialog, customers have to register their card number by calling Dialog on 0777 676580. Points are awarded only for bill connections. The name on the bill and the name of the cardholder should be the same.

5. Nations Trust Bank awards points only for the initial deposit value at the time of opening a savings or current account
